Petite

10.5-10.75 in · 27 cm

About 2 cm (3/4 inch) shorter than Regular, with a smaller bust, a shorter torso and legs, and slightly fuller thighs.

Tall

12-12.5 in · 31 cm

About 2 cm (3/4 inch) taller than Regular, with a longer, straighter torso, longer legs and a less defined waist.

How to measure your doll

  1. Take a strip of paper or ribbon about 1 cm wide - it is easier to handle than a tape measure on such a small body.
  2. Bust: wrap the strip around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms.
  3. Waist: around the narrowest part of the body. Hips: around the widest part of the hips and bottom.
  4. Mark where the strip overlaps, lay it flat and measure with a ruler. Height: from the top of the head (not the hair) to the soles of the feet.

Keep the strip snug but not tight. Compare the hips first - it is the measurement that decides whether a skirt, dress or trousers will fit.

Between sizes or not sure?

Our clothes are sewn from soft, stretchy fabrics, so a few millimetres of difference are fine. Check the hips first: if your doll is between two sizes, the larger one is usually the better choice. If you don't know which body type she is, send us her measurements or a photo and we will recommend a size.

Good to know

What does 1:6 scale mean?

Every 1 cm on the model stands for 6 cm in real life. A 1:6 scale doll is about 11.5-12 inches (29-30 cm) tall, so a 1:6 chair seat is about 7.5 cm high and a table about 12.5 cm. 1:12 is half that size - the classic dollhouse scale for dolls about 15 cm (6 in) tall. Our furniture is 1:6; some accessories also come in 1:12.

Are dolls included?

No. Dolls in our photos only show the size and fit. Clothes, furniture and patterns are sold without dolls.
