We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania to the EU, the UK, the USA and most other countries. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our items are handmade, so in exceptional cases it can take up to 14 days. If that happens, we will let you know. We ship with Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post), PostNL, FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers, depending on the destination.
Shipping is free
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Customers in the United States see and pay prices in US dollars (USD), and customers in the United Kingdom in pounds sterling (GBP). Everywhere else, prices are in euros (EUR). The currency follows the delivery country you enter at checkout. Prices include VAT where it applies.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-14 days. Sometimes it can take up to 30 days, and during the busy holiday season postal services can be much slower - please order early for gifts.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start from dispatch. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.
Tracking: depending on the destination and the parcel, we send orders with or without tracking. When your parcel has a tracking number, we email it to you after dispatch.
Digital downloads
Sewing patterns and paper dolls are delivered instantly: you get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. No shipping is charged.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders within the EU have no customs fees. For the UK, the USA and other non-EU countries, we pay the import duties, taxes and customs fees ourselves. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives.
