1. Who we are

In these terms "we", "us" and "DiNerija" mean MB „Dinerija“. "You" means the person buying from the Shop.

2. Scope

2.1. These terms apply to all purchases in the Shop. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

2.2. Most of our customers are consumers - people buying for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

2.3. We sell two kinds of products:

• Physical products - handmade doll clothes, dollhouse furniture and accessories, and kits, shipped by post;
• Digital products - downloadable PDF files such as sewing patterns and articulated paper dolls.

3. Orders and the contract

3.1. Product photos and descriptions show the item as accurately as we can. Because physical items are handmade, small differences in fabric pattern, stitching and size are normal and are not a defect. Colours may look different on different screens. Dolls shown in photos are not included unless the description says so.

3.2. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3.3. If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was clearly shown by mistake, we will contact you before processing the order. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it, and any payment will be refunded in full.

3.4. You do not need an account to buy. If you create one, keep your login details private.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. For delivery to the United States, prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD), and for delivery to the United Kingdom in pounds sterling (GBP). These prices are converted from our euro prices and rounded. The currency follows the delivery country you enter at checkout. Shipping is free on every order.

4.2. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout (card or PayPal). Payment is taken when you place the order.

4.3. For deliveries outside the European Union, we pay the import duties and taxes (see section 5.5).

5. Shipping and delivery

5.1. We ship to Lithuania, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and most other countries. Shipping is free to all destinations. Delivery estimates are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

5.2. We usually dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our items are handmade, so in exceptional cases dispatch can take up to 14 days. If that happens, we will let you know.

5.3. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 5-14 days, but can take up to 30 days, and longer during the holiday season. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.

5.4. We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you - see Returns & Refunds.

5.5. Orders outside the EU (UK, US and other countries): we pay the import duties, taxes and customs fees charged in your country, so there is nothing extra for you to pay on delivery. We always declare the real contents and value of the parcel.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

6.1. If you are a consumer, you may return physical items within 30 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal - we simply give you more time. If an order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

6.2. How to withdraw: within that period, use the Withdraw from contract here form, email us at mbdinerija@gmail.com, or use the model withdrawal form. We confirm receipt by email.

6.3. Returning items: post the items to the address in section 1 within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrong.

6.4. Refunds: we refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the items back or you send proof of return, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used, free of charge.

6.5. You may handle the items as you would in a shop to check them. If they come back used, washed, damaged, assembled or with missing parts, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

6.6. Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your personal specifications (for example a doormat with your own text, or furniture painted in a colour you asked for). Choosing a size or a colour listed on the product page does not count as a personalised order.

7. Digital products

7.1. After your payment is confirmed, download links are shown on the order confirmation page and sent by email. They are also available in My account → Downloads if you have an account.

7.2. Right of withdrawal: before paying for a digital product, you ask us to start delivery immediately and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts. We confirm this in your order email. If you have not downloaded the file yet, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

7.3. Faulty files: if a file is damaged, incomplete, does not open, or does not match its description, contact us at any time. We will fix or replace it, and if we cannot, we will refund you.

7.4. Please check the doll type (Regular, Curvy, Petite or Tall) and paper size (A4 or US Letter) on the product page before buying, and print patterns at 100% scale.

8. Licence for patterns and printables

All digital products are protected by copyright and remain the property of DiNerija. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable licence.

8.1. Sewing patterns - you may:

• print and use the pattern as many times as you like for your own sewing;
• sell finished items you have sewn yourself by hand, in small quantities (for example in your own online shop or at craft fairs). When you sell them online, please credit "Pattern by DiNerija".

8.2. Sewing patterns - you may not:

• share, forward, upload or resell the files or printed copies, in whole or in part;
• mass-produce items, or have them made in a factory;
• use the pattern for teaching classes or workshops without our written permission.

8.3. Paper dolls and other printables are for personal use only: you may print them for yourself and your family. You may not sell or give away printed or digital copies.

8.4. If you would like a wider licence (classes, larger production), write to us.

9. Product safety

9.1. Our physical products are collector items for adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children under 14. They contain small parts and could be a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children.

9.2. Our doll clothes and furniture are made for 1:6 scale fashion dolls (around 29-30 cm / 11.5-12 in). Fit can vary between doll bodies - please check our Size Guide before ordering. Some miniatures also suit 1:12 dollhouses - the scale is shown on each product page.

9.3. Dark or brightly coloured fabrics may stain vinyl doll bodies over time. We recommend not leaving dolls dressed for long periods.

10. Defects and legal guarantee

10.1. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 2-year legal guarantee for physical products and digital content: they must match their description and be free from defects.

10.2. If an item is damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us with a description and photos. We will repair or replace it, or, if this is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. If we need the item back, we pay the return postage.

10.3. Normal wear, damage caused by improper use or washing, and the natural variations of handmade items are not defects.

11. Liability

11.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence.

11.2. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as postal disruptions, strikes or natural disasters). If such an event delays your order, we will tell you, and you may cancel and get a full refund.

11.3. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Intellectual property

All content in the Shop - product designs, photos, texts, patterns and graphics - belongs to DiNerija or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written consent, except as allowed in section 8.

13. Personal data

We process your personal data to handle your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Complaints and disputes

14.1. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at mbdinerija@gmail.com. We reply within 1-2 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

14.2. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the issue together, you may turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt, which handles out-of-court consumer disputes. Consumers in other EU countries can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

14.3. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
