This oversized doll sweater has a relaxed cut, a blue plush fabric with a crushed velvet look and pale pink ribbing at the neck, cuffs and hem. It was handmade in our studio in Vilnius for 1:6 scale fashion dolls 11.5-12 in tall, such as Barbie®. It is a one-of-a-kind piece: there is only one, and it is ready to ship.

What you get

The oversized doll sweater in detail

  • Fabric: blue plush with a crushed velvet sheen, lighter and darker where the light falls.
  • Ribbing: pale pink rib knit at the round neck, the cuffs and the hem band.
  • Cut: wide sleeves gathered into the cuffs and a loose body that ends at the hips.
  • Seams: double-stitched, so they hold up to many changes of outfit.

One loose fit for several doll bodies

The relaxed cut lets one oversized doll sweater fit several 11.5-12 in bodies: Regular, Curvy, Petite and Tall fashion dolls, and male dolls of the same scale. In the photos it is worn by Curvy dolls.

How to style it

In the photos the sweater is worn over a white mini skirt with mint socks and white sneakers, a sporty everyday look. It also works with trousers, leggings or shorts. The same cut in grey with aqua ribbing is our grey oversized doll sweatshirt.

Care

Gentle hand washing only. Doll clothes are small and delicate, so treat the oversized doll sweater like fine lingerie. Keep the dressed doll away from heat and direct sunlight, and store the sweater flat or on a doll hanger between uses.
